Health screening must be cleared before massage and / or personal training can be applied. This can be done at the beginning of your session/s or during a consultation. This applies for all new clients or existing clients who have not been screened / treated by Optimal Sports Conditioning within the last 6 months.
Packages must be used within 6-12 months.
No refunds on packages and vouchers purchased. Transfers are available.
A minimum of 24 hours notice applies to any cancellations or rescheduled appointments. A 50% fee applies for on the day cancellations and changes to session times.
